Tree Preservation Orders
Some trees are protected which means before any work is carried out on the tree, permission must be sought from your local Authority. Failure to do so can result in prosecution and fines in excess of £20,000.
We have a good working relationship with local Councils in the area, so prior to any work being carried out on your trees we will consult with the local authorities to ascertain whether your trees are subject to TPO's or any other restrictions such as being in a Conservation area.
